Your rights - You have a number of legal rights to control what we do with your information, such as asking us to tell you what information we hold about you and obtain a copy of it, correct or update information that is wrong, stop using your information in certain circumstances, stop sending you marketing material or send some of your data to someone else for them to use.

How we use your information - We use your information to provide to you with information on products and services, offers and events, and to ensure the safety of your treatments.  We also use it to comply with laws and regulations that apply to us and to protect our business and customers.

Sharing your information outside The Serenity Suite - We keep your information confidential and will only share your information outside of The Serenity Suite, if necessary, for example with our insurers.

How long we keep your information - For insurance purposes, we are required to keep your information for up to seven years from your last visit to us and in the case of minors, from the time they reach 18 years.

Security - We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and remains confidential and accurate in order to protect you and us.
